~On the 12th Day of Christmas~

Filed under: Devotional, Family, Funny Stuff, General, Understanding — Kristina @ 11:35 pm

My First Love gave to me;

Twelve Drummers Drumming…

This part of the song is to remind us of what has become widely known as ~The Apostles Creed~

12 key parts of Christianity doctrine are listed in the apostles creed listed below…
We believe in God, the Father Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son,our Lord: Who was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. The third day He arose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty,whence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy universal church, the communion of saints,the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.

For some light hearted fun our family found this video on you tube and thought it was neat, this group is great at what they do and make singing/performing look like so much fun.

This is the day that we as a family exchange gifts and have a feast, bringing the season of Christmas to a close…well…we will technically attempt to keep the reason we celebrate true Love and Life (Jesus) in the heart of our daily life and all our family celebrations through out the 2009 Year! Please continue to keep our family in your prayers, we will certainly do this for you our family, friends and partners in building God’s Kingdom. Here we are on Dia De Los Reyes! Hope ya enjoy the pics!
